The Finnsheep Breeders' Association For Sale page contains paid advertising from both FBA members and non-members. Ads on this page are placed in conjunction with ads in the FBA newsletter "Short Tales" which is distributed 3 times per year. These ads are changed in January, May and September and will run in one issue of "Short Tales" and be displayed for 4 months on the website.
The January issue of Short Tales is distributed to everyone (members and non-members) who has had any dealings with the FBA for the past 2 calendar years. (For example, people who have had registrations transferred to them.) This is to inform potential new members about the organization as well as to remind members to pay their annual activity fee. The other two issues (May and September) are distributed only to those who have paid their annual activity fee for that year.
